Limitation of liabilities

1. We will not be reliable of any losses and/or damages arising out of the relationship between you and SimpleRefs. We are not responsible for the content displayed in any third party page listed on our website, including the main collection of programs and (text) advertisements added by our users. Also, we cannot guarantee you getting referral for your programs, as this depends on many factors like program popularity, credits you spend, reviews, etc. SimpleRefs just provides a service for getting referrals more easily; we are NOT a referral-shop.

Membership

2. There is no age or country restriction applicable for joining SimpleRefs. You can create only one account per IP-address/household and you must provide a valid email address. Your membership will automatically terminate if you do not log in for 60 days or more. Termination is irreversible and refunding of remaining credits or non-expired memberships cannot be claimed.

Refunding

3. Purchases made on SimpleRefs are not refundable. Claims for refunding are not accepted.

Request for referrals policy

4. Requests for referrals are automatically canceled when pending for 10 or more weeks. In that case we simply cannot help you finding referrals for the program involved. Refunding of credits is provided by reversing the transaction of the request.

Program Reviews

5. Submitted program reviews are free of copy rights. When posting reviews, you agree that your program review will be displayed on ProgramRefs.com, Simplerefs.com, TargetRefs.com and future websites.

Changes to these Terms of Service

6. Although most changes will be minor, it remains your responsibility to keep updated with these Terms of Service. If significant changes are being made, we will add a prominent notice on the DashBoard.

Violation of these Terms of Service

7. Although we do not intent to, SimpleRefs reserves the right to block or delete a user's account for any reason. Valid reasons are, but not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the system, hacking, racism, spamming or behaviour that is commonly regarded as unacceptable.
